We live in an apartment and the landlord doesn't allow for us to buy our own refrigerator, but we needed the extra freezer space for meat, ice and vegetables. This is perfect, quiet and not bad looking. Its easy to move so that we can clean the floors. Great product, I'd recommend it. I like to buy things on sale so can store them until ready to use in this freezer. I also do a lot of baking and sending goodie boxes to my family as birthday gifts. This freezer always had things ready for me to make up a box to send or take a tray of goodies to my many meetings. Just an excellent little chest freezer and I love it. Last week the freezer just stopped working for no apparent reason. Since it is in the garage and only accessed 2-3 times a month, I did not notice that the little green power light on the very bottom of the freezer was out. There were no problems with the outlet or GFI circuits. Unfortunately, all the fish was lost and the freezer is "dead as a doornail". BestBuys response, "You bought it not us, contact Frigidare and get them to fix it. ??? Why would anyone ever trust a product that does not work. Not surprised but it was made at the Guangzhou Refrigeration Co. You would be better served to buy a styrofoam cooler and dry ice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF EXCREMENT OR EXPECT BESTBUY TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
